Fees
MyClinic Melbourne is a private medical practice.
Patients are responsible for paying the difference between the fee and the rebate. If you have a valid Medicare card, we will process the rebate on your behalf.
Our practice provides direct billing with a range of insurance providers, including Allianz, Bupa, Ahm, Nib, and Medibank. Please ensure you bring your physical or digital insurance card to your appointment.
To be eligible for Medicare rebates for Telehealth consultations, you must have had a face-to-face appointment with a MyClinic Melbourne doctor within the past 12 months.
Please note: A non-refundable fee of $55 will apply for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 3 hours’ notice.

Please note that there will be gap fees for all consultations related to TAC and WorkCover. While a portion of the cost may be covered by TAC or WorkCover, patients are responsible for the remaining fee. We appreciate your understanding of our billing policy.
